How To Measure

Use a soft measuring tape to wrap around yourself and find your perfect fit.

  1. Bust: Measure at the fullest part of your bust wearing a non-padded, non-compressive bra (or no bra), with your arms down and relaxed at your sides.
  2. Waist: Measure your natural waist, the smallest part of your torso, usually where you bend.
  3. Hips: Measure the fullest part of your seat wearing non-bulky bottoms.
  4. Inseam: Standing straight, measure from the center of your crotch straight down to your ankle bone.

Fit Notes
  • Our apparel is designed to fit true to size. Sizing can vary slightly between brands, so use the charts above to find your best fit.
  • Between sizes? Size down for a more compressive fit, or size up for a more relaxed fit.
  • Leggings may feel snug on the first wear, especially compressive styles. They relax and mold to your body with wear and washing.
  • For unitards and dresses, take the size you normally wear in tops. If you have a long torso or prefer a more flexible fit, consider sizing up.
